Set in the natural beauty of Rose Park, this guided Pilates session led by Lauren Dennings focuses on movement, breath, and reset. Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or simply looking for a peaceful way to begin your weekend, this experience is designed to be both accessible and restorative.
Guests are invited to arrive early, settle into the space, and ease into the morning with a relaxed, tranquil atmosphere. The Pilates class will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a casual post-class social hour with mimosas and time to unwind.
